WANTED: I'm looking for instructions, pictures, howto's, about making toys from tin or alu cans

A cool tin can project is at http://trampoline-game.blogspot.com/2005/10/years-ago-i-really-liked-game-called.html. Not sure if this is what you had in mind, though. I have a feeling you're probably looking to make cars and airplanes.

You should probably just get some basic sheet metal pattern drafting texts (Lindsay's books) and design your own. If you have a 3D model something like Lamina or Pepakura will generate a flat series of shapes and locking tabs.

Here's a better URL for that trampoline game made from tin cans:

Of course, when I was a kid, my tin can toys were no more sophisticated than <a href="http://www.stevespanglerscience.com/product/1611">"Romper Stompers"</a> and <a href="http://amos.indiana.edu/library/scripts/phone.html">Tin Can Telephones</a>, but those are both easy to make and worth hours of fun!
