thanks

Sounds like a job for a silicon mold. Id make a couple different teeth out of wax or sculpey clay then pour a two part silicon mold. Halloween project?

I have two wisdom teeth laying around. Depending on what they're for, you can have them.

When I was in the process of receiving dental implants, my orthodontist took molds and made false teeth to sit in the gaps; first with brackets mounted to braces and then into clear holding trays for a retainer. You might hit up your locals and ask them what they do with old ones, they would certainly have an autoclave on hand to sanitize any. The proper term for them is a pontic, so you can sound a bit more official.

Obtaining teeth is very easy. I am a dental school student, and we require natural teeth for a few exercises. Just go to an oral surgeon and tell them that you are a dental student and require some teeth. Give the dr. a jar with a 10% bleach solution for him/her to put the teeth into. wait about a month or so, then return to find it full of teeth. WARNING: teeth are a biological tissue that should be considered infections...you MUST take proper precautions (ie gloves, mask, labcoat). Just out of curosity, can you reply to this and let me know what your project is?

I definitely saw some teeth at the Brooklyn Flea Market about a month ago. They were old dental samples mounted on cards. My dentist used something similar to match the color of some new teeth to my existing teeth.

If you are interested, and willing to give me some insight into its future life, I might be willing to send a gold crown.
