Makers and Making: Help: how to attach this bike lamp to my helmet

Hi Makers,

I have a question on which I only have partial answers.
I need your help and advises on how to fix a bike lamp on my helmet.
The goal is to be easily spotted on the road.
I already have a lamp on the bike itself, and I think having another one on the top of my head could help (and also because It is cool to *make* something).

The Idea is to be able to attach/detach the lamp easily as I also use the helmet when roller skating.

I am thinking of a velcro stuff which could hold the light in place.
What do you think ?

It took a little while to get my friend on board with the idea of not purchasing a separate head lamp, but once that was accomplished, we came up with some useful ideas which can be found here:
